Blockers — Stop and Flag
Any of these stops intake
- Activation Lock: Enabled — unsellable without the previous owner's Apple ID
- Enrolled via DEP: Yes — re-enrolls into someone else's MDM the moment it goes online
- Firmware password you don't have — needs Apple's reset key or an Apple Configurator erase
- SMART: Failing, or no internal disk detected — parts unit
Everything else is a grading note, not a blocker.
